Replacing stock heatsink, help and suggestions?

I am replacing my stock heatsink fan, and I need to know if these heatsinks will even fit, and how beneficial will they will be. Suggestions? Help?

That's what I was thinking. I believe it will fit after some measurements I made. I should have about 5mm of extra space. How much of a difference do you think it will make?

It's about 31C on average. That's with a +.3ghz. When playing starcraft 2, it goes up to about 47C I believe. I will have to double check that with the game though.



Edit:
I get a reading of about 44C for the game.

Yeah, I am comfortable with my temps as they are. I just wanna try overclocking more, but don't wanna try it with a stock heat sink. Thanks guy.
