Replacing the broken Dual RAM Channel with another brand.

I'm sorry for my bad english.

I want to ask, I have a pair Corsair Vengeance (Blue) 2x 8gb Ram 1600mhz, but the other one is broken and now I want to replace it with single 8gb 1600mhz from any brand.

Will it fits without any problems?

Do choose something as close as possible for a replacement. So look with a tool like Hwinfo or cpu-z what your current ram is and try to get the same. At least try to get the same maker ,speed and latencies. Even with this is there always a possibility that the ram won't play together,but testing is the only way to really know.
