Replacing Video Card for my ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT

I would like to replace my the video card for gaming.here are the specs:

Mobo: ASUS P5kpl-AM SE
CPU : Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q8400 @2.6GHz (4 CPUs),~2.7GHz
Memory : 4096 RAM
DirectX Version : Direct 11

Assuming you have a sufficient PSU, the GTX 1060 3GB or RX-470/480 would be good choices.
