Replaytv image on my screen

My desktop has "REPLAYTV" over desktop background as if it were a part of the desktop background. I have tried several display options in Control Panel with no results. Please help?

Have you tried...

1. right-click an epty spot on the desktop and select properties.
2. Go to the desktop tab.
3. Click customize desktop.
4. Select the "web" tab.
5. Deselect or delete any pages listed there.
6. Click OK.
