Probably because banned repairmen have been saying for years now that Apple sucks at support, and Apple just don't feel like eating crow.

its so sad the quality of Apple and the design have really gone down while the price goes ever higher. Steve is rolling in his grave over the notch and the next iphone camera design would have him killed him if he wasn't dead already.
