My SB2 15" has problems with Wi-Fi since updating to Win 1903, though my problem is more about disconnecting from Wi-Fi: the laptop, after waking it up, shows that it's connected but there's no Internet, and I either have to disconnect/reconnect it to a home Wi-Fi or run network troubleshooter to fix it.
I know that the first Surface Book has the same problem and the latest Wi-Fi driver update doesn't help either of them.

I wonder if Microsoft would be willing to allocate a budget to purchase a few Surface products in order to do some basic testing on them before releasing certain updates.
