I have what I believe is a Dell Inspiron 3847, but I could be wrong. (If anyone knows how to check what a PC is called, then pls comment that) Anyway, it has a 300 watt psu and I'm looking to upgrade that as well as my graphics card. Will they fit? If you need a pic of my pc, I will post it.

Graphics Card: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M6ZF3LC/ref=ox_sc_...

Graphics card dimensions: 11.2 x 5.7 x 1.3 (not sure if this is including the box, it just said those were the product dimensions on amazon)

Also I've heard of bios issues with some cards, dell must just be like that. Would this one work?

Solution
That is a standard power supply, so any ATX form PSU will be fine. If the card will work with your system could be iffy, with OEM systems there may even be issues with specific vendor cards in the same series. Best thing to do is make sure you update the BIOS to the latest for the system before trying the card.
For a PSU, the Seasonic SII12 are on sale and are a great deal https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151095&cm_re=SeaSonic_M12II-_-17-151-095-_-Product $40 after rebate with free shipping. You won't get a better PSU, especially with modular cables for $40.
