REQ: MSI MS-6728 Bios setting question

Just flashed my bios to ver 3.8. I think I saw a new option that reads
like this "Set limit CPUID maxval 3" What does that mean?

Set it to disabled if you're using Windows XP. If you're using an older operating system like Windows NT 4, enable this option.
