Hi I know there are a bunch of other build requests but I was wondering If i could save on any of my current parts from a computer my friend built me 8 years ago (more specifically the power supply, case, and maybe hard drive?).

The parts I'm looking to save are:
Power supply: Silverstone SST-ST560F 560w
Case: Not sure which but its a mid sized tower
Hard drive: I'm not sure how to check this

Approximate Purchase Date: within a few days (preferably tomorrow - 27'th )

Budget Range: 500-700 (Price range is not set, but I'm looking for something of value that can last me another good while)

Location:Toronto, ON (Probably going to buy everything at CanadaComputers if I can)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming > Surfing > Work (Excel)

Are you buying a monitor: No
Your Monitor Resolution: 1900x1200

Wow, you guys are quick - much love. Do you know how long it would take to ship? Also are there any build that are a little cheaper or would I lose too much "value" when saving the few extra dollars?

Edit - Oh I didn't realize that OS was included. these prices are look good.
