Question Request for Help with PC Performance Issues

Hi, I’m reaching out for some help with performance issues on my first new PC. I recently received a prebuilt system, I’ve been noticing low FPS in games. I’m unsure of the best settings to optimize performance, and I’m considering overclocking, but I’d appreciate any guidance or suggestions from the community
.
If anyone has advice on how to improve FPS or settings adjustments that could help, I would be extremely grateful.
Here are the specs I’m working with:

• Graphics Card: AMD Radeon™ RX 6400 Challenger ITX 4GB
• Processor: AMD Ryzen™ 5 5500
• RAM: TeamGroup T-FORCE VULCAN Z 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200
• Power Supply: 600W, 80+ Bronze
• Motherboard: ASRock B550M-C R2.0

cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
ram/ssd usage?
brand and model of the 600w psu?

I honestly do not know how to check the temperature during the gaming or ram sdd that could you tell me? Also with the power supply I can tell you once I get to my computer later.

That GPU is holding you back. It's a very weak card, and is being even further gimped being forced to run at PCI-E gen 3.0 due to the CPU.

Is there any GPU recommendations you would give that would’ve suit the ryzen 5 5500 best and give the best performance also for a reasonable price of 200 and 100?
