Request help; Sanyo 46' LCD TV driver for Win 7 64bit Pro

I would like to ensure I'm getting the most out of my set up.

I have a Sanyo 46 inch LCD TV I am using as a main monitor for my Win 7 Pro 64bit via 15 pin connector. I also have an AMD Radeon R9 270 video card. I want to ensure I have the right drivers & set up, if they exists.

I've done searched & I get these programs that want to install themselves to do the search & driver install for me. I do not want/like these programs. I'm perfectly capable & mentally competent enough to do this. All I would like is what to do & how to do it. I will probably have to ensure the programs on the TV are up to date as well.

You don't need a driver for your TV. You need a driver for your graphics card and a HDMI cable in order for your PC to output to your TV.

Yeah, there is no driver since the TV is just a display attached to the computer.

Roger copy. I guess I misspoke. I just downloaded a driver for one of my monitors and old Acer LCD 1916W.

Yeah, you should just hook the tv up and then install the driver for the gpu directly from amd.com
