Requesting Advice - Risk Pc build or Fold

Good evening, I'm looking for some advice from those who have build to sell a pc before.
I recently upgraded my own computer and had some parts left over, from these parts I thought i could aquire more in the hope of assembling and selling a half decent entry level gaming pc, the following link is the complete build:

The prices arent quite accurate and I'm listing this to be sold at £400.00 it has been a week but still no takers.

In the meantime i went out and purchased a few things i thought were bargains which could go towards my next build however I'm not feeling too confident.

Parts i bought were
i7-6700k
ROG H207I Strix Motherboard
2x 8gb Corsair Vengeance LPX Ram
£350.00 + p&p

Corsair Carbide 400c Case with 5 unused Arctic Bionix 140mm fans (green)
£70

The main question is, should i finish putting together this build and perhaps break even or make profit or should i sell what i have now and potentially make a small loss?

I am a little impulsive when buying things which has gotten me into this mess.
