Requesting troubleshooting ideas for 3 beep codes (memory) on PC

What is the process or ideas for troubleshooting a PC emitting 3 beeps repeatedly? I suspect it is to do with the RAM sticks. I have 4x 4GB sticks on the mobo and have tried with one single 4GB stick only. Putting one stick in removes the beeps but the machine does not boot to bios. What else can I try?

This machine has a new GPU and PSU.

Try cleaning you ram with a rubber and insert it if we got ram problem the beep sounds lasts for ever until we turn off i think
