require help choosing motherboard!

Hey! This is my first build and I'm really torn on which mobo I should choose.

I'm using the PC for gaming so I'd like to maximize my performance. I'm also looking to overclock.... 4.5GHZ max, so please take that into account

My budget: $140 at most

EVGA 570
i5-2500k (would like to clock to 4.5ish)
cooler master hyper 212+
8gb corsair vengeance ram
corsair enthusiast 650w psu
antec 300
seagate barracuda 1tb (How do you guys feel about this.. I'm getting it in a combo deal on newegg which is pretty nice, I don't care about a few MS... as long as it doesn't die and I lose all my data)
I'm not interested in SLI nor am I interested in SSDs


Been looking into the ASRock Fatality p67 - opinions?

I personally use a SeaGate Barracuda and don't have a bad word to say about it

Motherboards:
I don't know much about the Fatal1ty motherboard, but id recommend the Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3.

Any of the motherboards on that link would work without any problems. Running a single GPU, they should all over-clock and perform on a very similar level. Unless anyone says otherwise, id recommend just go with whichever you like the look of
