Hi. I intend to buy a GPU within the next few weeks. It will be used for general gaming and video editing applications. It should not cost more than 170 USD and would ideally be as quiet and power efficient as possible.

Current system:

Intel Core i5-4690K
G.Skill 8GB DDR3 1600
Corsair CXM 600W Modular 80 Bronze
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD3H
Cooler Master 690 III

I'm not brand biased and would consider second hand options too. I would also appreciate suggestions for upgrading my current system if you suspect a bottleneck situation existing.

I look forwards to your valuable input on which GPU would be the best option!

You can find new RX 580s for around your price point which is probably the best card in that price range. You can also look online for a used GTX 1060 which should be a little under your price budget. Personally I would go for the RX580 new.
