Requirements to place a Cantina

Howdy guys, I am a day away from getting my Musician Mastership and I was
looking forward to placing a Cantina in a new player town I am part of. The
town leader is of course keen as this is a brand new town with no facilities
at present but we aren't sure of the minimum requirements.

She has been told there is a minimum of 60 residents before a Cantina can be
placed in town, is this correct? It doesn't sound right to me as without
facilities like Cantinas and Medical Centers there is no way we will retain
residents to get that large. I am hoping you just need a Master Musician or
Dancer to place one.

Any help or advice on this matter before I shell out 200K on the deed will
be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reassurance. I have Mastered Musicianship now, just saving up
for the deed to see if I can place it. I have 8 Wind Generators on the go so
shouldn't be too much longer now...

Good link, upon closer inspection it stated that the req for a Cantina is
rank 2 which is 20 people. Rank 3 for a Medical Centre and Rank 4 for a
Theatre.
