Question Reseated my ram. Pc no longer posts

I had been having my pc randomly reboot for a few days, so I decided to reseat my ram. The pc no longer posts. I have tried putting ram in different slots, using a different stick (I have 2 sticks) but it still doesn’t post. The pc powers on fine, and all fans spin and light up.

i tested with both of my sticks then both of them separate. My pc is r5 2600 Rx 570 1tb SSD, 450w Corsair psu, 2x8gb 3000mhz ddr4 and 3 Corsair fans.
