This has been occurring for about half a year but I gave up on fixing it because I didn't know why it was happening, but its starting to become a hassle every time I power on my PC. So the problem is that every time I fully shut down my rig, upon startup it enters a boot loop. The only way to fix this that i've found on my own is reseating the ram. This will not occur upon waking the pc from sleep, or restarting it...just from shutting down and starting back up. Anyone have an idea why?

Thanks for the reply, but i wont be at my rig for about a week or so. Ill let you know if it works or not when i'm able to!

I just got back home, and did what you suggested. I also looked at the side of my ram stick and noticed it said 1.65 but mine was running at like 1.3v , so i set it to 1.65 and it seems to work a lot better now! Thanks.
