Reset Bios Admin password

I'm trying to clear/reset the bios admin password on a Dell Latitude E5530 laptop but nothing is working.

I tried removing the bios battery.
I tried the CmosPwd program.
I tried the Bios master password generator.
I tried putting the password wrong three times, hoping I'd get the option to reset.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you!!
