Reset loops with Getting Things Ready back to options.

Hey there everyone. Here's the issue I'm dealing with. After a week of doing all the normal things to restore Windows 10 and failing, I cleared out all the files I wanted to keep and decided to reset it. When I click on Reset this PC, it says Getting Things Ready. After a few moment to switches back to the options screen of Continue/Troubleshoot/Turn off your PC. None of the other troubleshooting options have worked and I just want to wipe it. Any thoughts?

Okay so you wanna to completely wipe the machine, correct? If so do you have any media with windows 10?
