[SOLVED] reset my iP address on my MAC computer

In trying to reset my router, I reset my computer IP address - how can I set it back

Why do you need to?
Unless you're using a static IP address (doubtful) it'll be dynamically allocated.

Go to system preferences > Network. Then double click the network connection in question > Go to TCP/IP > Renew DHCP lease. and apply now.

As for your modem iP, yes you have to restart the modem.
