I did a reset on my laptop to remove all of my files. Instead of resetting normally it says "an operating system wasn't found. Try disconnecting any drives that don't contain an operating system."

Is there anyway to fix this? I can't seem to find my boot disc.

Solution
You may need to ask a friend or relative to do it, or take it to a repair store and ask them to reinstall it for you.

Silly win 10 reset went too far and removed win 10 completely

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

change boot order in bios so its usb first, hdd second
boot from installer and follow this guide: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html

If you get an error about not bing able to install on hdd as its not GPT, delete all the partitions and click the next key

Once you reach screen asking for a licence, click "I don't have a key" and Win 10 should auto activate on install
