i have toshiba C640, but protected the bios, i dont know that it's locked itself,,
please., answer the solution the undlocked bios.

Contact Toshiba and they give you the Password once they verify ownership. Typically, this is a sign of a Stolen Notebook with the BIOS lockout engaged.

Sorry, Tom's Hardware forum doesn't provide any guide to bypass password protection.

We cannot verify if you are the legit owner.
