Hi Calvin
I have already tried that website. For some reason when
I start my system up and I press F8 it only gives me an
option to run Windows in safe mode. It does not give me a
recovery option.

Hi Joanne,
you need to set the PC up to boot from the floppy or CD that the website walks
you through creating. This may require a change to the 'boot order' option in
computer BIOS.
If you are having trouble understanding the process, find some expert help - a
mistake performing this procedure could result in irrepairable damage to the
current Windows installed on the machine.
By the Way - is the machine running Windows NT4 - the fact that you can do an F8
and it offers a 'safe mode' suggests it is not!
