Question Reset pc now wont load

So I reset my pc as still had old users loggings but now it just boots the asus screen and restart I've tried restoring the bios settings but it's still coming up with the asus screen it'll load for a second them restart. Any idea or help I thought of getting a windows boot USB but don't wanna waste money if its not that.

How did you "reset" this?

A fresh OS install only requires a blank flash drive, assuming you have another working PC to do things with.

I reset it through the settings and reset pc and this is the only pc I have.

Well, for whatever reason, the "reset" did not go well.

It is now time for a full OS reinstall.

It is now time for a full OS reinstall.

OK thanks, yeah because the Bois settings loads fine and it worked perfectly before the reset just needed a second opinion before I bought the windows USB

Yeah I think my hard drive has windows on because I changed it to boot from that and ow it shows the windows logo with the loading dots under then restarts and repeats

Yes it does.
But it does not work, and is in need of a full reinstall.
Which requires a blank 8GB flash drive, and some working system to make it with.
