I have a W2K server that has the user shares on it. For some reason, the
users cannot write to their own home directory. I tried to reset the
rights, and the correct rights show for each user, but they still cannot
write to the directory. The local administrator account can, but not the
domain users. Is there anyway to check and see what rights they actually
have?

Did you check share and NTFS permissions, both?
