I formatted my laptop using the "Reset" feature in Windows 10. I barely have anything installed at all and my CPU is maxed out, at 121% according to Resource Monitor. The numbers don't add up in RM and Task Manager. Fans are in overdrive. What's going on? :/

CPU usage, anything abormal in this list?

Reset is not a clean install and will not fix anything in this case. What you need to do is format the drive and cleanly install windows from a USB

the laptop might update itself

install all drivers for your laptop from the manufacturer´s support homepage.

Which laptop is it? brand and exact model please
I used Windows Update but it didn't fix it. I can't find my model on the manufactures website oddly, so I can't download any drivers.
MSI GE72VR 7RF Apache Pro.
CPU used to work fine before the reset.
