I have a Dell Latitude 5591 laptop which I received from my brother in law, who in turn got it at an auction. It used to belong to a company that is no longer in existence.
Whenever I try to turn it on, it asks for a password, but the password isn't known. I have looked in the bios, but everywhere is locked.
I have used the common passwords known on the internet, but still no use.
I have removed the battery and the cmos battery both for a few hours, then put them both back in, but still no luck.
Can anyone help please?
