Resetting bios on dual bios motherboards

Hi
As i asked before my motherboard is
MSI-990fx-GD80 - ver: 2.2
I tried to install new bios version
I installed bios version (E7 640 VD6)
From inside windows 7 with a fat32 format flash drive
After installation and first reboot although system turned on but nothing came on monitor screen and I couldn't get through bios or system
I tried removing bios battery and pushing clear cmos button and yet nothing changed
As one of guys in this site guided me , it seems hopefully this motherboard has dual bios and can be installed by specific usb port and installing bios with flash drive
Could anyone help me what exactly should I do
I'm totally screwed!!

I've checked the manual and could not find any reference about dual BIOS, or Flashback.\

Ask that guy where has he got the info.

When clearing the CMOS, was the power cord unplugged?
