Resetting CMOS No DISPLAY ON GFX CARD

Hey guys i have a computer thats been unused for quit awhile now, plugged it all in pressed the on button i see a blue light turn on and off. So i reseted the CMOS on the motherboard now my graphic card isn't working but my integrated graphic card does. I already tried going into the BIOS setting and defaulting it but still doesn't work!

i also tried change the "Primary Graphic Adaptor" setting to PCI-E still no sign from the graphic card

MB : ASRock G41M-VS3
Graphic Card: EVGA GTS 450

Try this card in another computer to be 100% sure whether it died or not. Whats your power supply?
