Question Resetting Redragon Griffin gaming mouse ?

I recently bought a Redragon Griffin M607 Gaming mouse at Best Buy. I have the software downloaded from the website. I changed the "wave" setting to high and i clicked "apply". But when i switch to another lighting mode (Eg. Rainbow), and switch back to wave, it runs the wave lighting setting at the default speed and i have to manually reset the speed to high. The mouse is currently connected to a USB 3.0 port so I don't know what is wrong with the mouse.

Here's everything I've tried so far:

• Resetting the profile.
• Reinstalling drivers
• Reinstalling the Redragon software

I have several budget gaming mice, not too dissimilar from Redragons (had one myself, but dead all of a sudden). Their software side is always a bit janky, with quirks here and there. Could be just you're encountering one of those. If you want solid software, you can get Logitechs or Corsairs.
