[SOLVED] Resetting taking too long

I just bought a pc from a guy so I needed to delete his files. Performed full resetting with deleting everything and its still at 4% like 40 minutes or do. Any ideas ?

Clean the drive and perform clean install of windows.

The problems is that it is taking too long to clean, its stuck om 14%

Clean process is fast. Takes seconds.
Reset is not the same as clean.

How to do that ?

Boot from Windows installation media;
clean the drive using diskpart;
install windows.
