can you help me about Resetting this pc I reset the all drive but I don't if I could that and my original window is exist or not.pleasr tell me anybody I'm very worried about it

What PC? prebuilt with included OS, or an OS that you installed or upgraded from something else?
In excruciating detail, what do you want to achieve with this 'resetting'?
