Yes, it will continue to get updates.
Bloatware removal is dependent on how you do this, and where the bloatware originally came from.

Yes and No.

The inbuilt partition which I presume You refer to is a recovery partition on the harddrive/ssd and therefore it will reset everything from when You bought it - including every bloatware that is in included.

Instead You can download and run this free s/w: PC Decrapifier
It is a free tool and no commercials or what so ever. There are however a more professional tool that cost. The free version is just as good.
