[SOLVED] Resident Evil 4 (Steam Edition) plays game sounds but showing no graphics ?

So every time I launch Resident Evil 4 UHD on steam, the game refuses to display. The game sounds are still playing and the program is clearly running.

I have already tried the things shown in this thread.

-Setting monitor to 60hz/59hz (from 75hz)
-Tried the CRU app
-setting compatibility mode for re4 application and running as admin
-running steam as admin
-Special K method (which is a huge waste of time method than anything I have experienced)
-re4 tweaks ini plugin

Specs if needed:
ryzen 5800x
5700xt GPU
32GB DDR4 RAM
Windows 10 64 bit
75hz 1920x1080 Monitor

Does anyone have any other solutions they can offer?

yeah that didn't fix it unfortunately.

Update: Found that it was a graphics driver issue. After updating the graphics driver to the latest version, I'm able to boot up the game now.
