Resident evil 5 lower fps after installing trainer

This is an issue almost two years but I only asked it now. I have a 5870 video card which normally runs Resident Evil 5 at 80-100 fps in the in-game benchmark.
But after installing something that makes the game 100 percent complete and have all weapons and infinite ammo, my fps dropped to 40-60 fps during the benchmark.

Could the trainer be messing with game's perfpormance? (There is no way to uninstall without reinstalling the game)

Yes its possible. Some games start having issues with maxed inventories as well as calculating bonuses which can come from 100% completing a game.
Why not play the game the way its intended?
Play through the game and earn the bonus'/benefits.
