Question resizable bar enabled in bios but not working

I have enabled on my motherboard x 570 gaming . x rev1.1 4g and resizable bar on auto + csm disabled . My spec cpu r7 5800x and rtx 3080 oc rev1.0 I updated yesterday bios in gpu to F3 from F6 disk 970 evo My question is why in tech power gpu z it s disabled and same in nvidia panel settings?
