Question Resizable BAR

Hi all,

I have a X370 motherboard with a Ryzen 2700x.

My BIOS shows resizable BAR option, and I can toogle it on.

I don't have a compatible GPU to test, right now.

I want to buy an Arc 770 GPU, which needs rebar.

Do you think rebar will work in my setup, as expected?

I don't know if any GPU "needs" resizable bar it just can use the feature if it available. I did see some early reports that intel card run poorly without the feature. Have not kept up on this, intel has been fixing driver stuff a lot since release.

In any case if your motherboard says it supports it is likely enable by default. I have not heard a reason disable it. It seems some games choose to not use the feature so you see no difference if it is on or off. Not sure about intel cards they still have lots of issues like not working on starfield is the current one.
