Hello, I used Paragon Partition Manager to create and allocate space to a new partition. After some time it looks like all is done and I'm prompted to press any key to continue. Keyboard however, does not respond. All lights are on, just like when booting PC up, I've tried replugging it with no results. In this case is it safe to just restart the PC?
