Question Resloution stuck at 800 600 and i cant open bios settings

Hi
My gpu resloution stuck at 800 600
And when i open msi after burner there is no stats for my cards it like my graphics card are undetected
And when i open device manager my gpu show a yellow traingle icon
And when i try to open bios settings my computer freeze
I tried to change my gpu driver and it didnt work
I tried to reset cmos and it didnt work

Ichanged my psu , cpu cooler , case
Before a month ago and my pc was working fine
I didnt overclock any of my pc parts
But after i build my pc i had a problem ( after i changed some parts of my pc ) the pc was booting in my external drive so i had to remove it and launch but i fixed it by set my ssd ( primary drive ) to default boot disk

Yes windows is up to date but i never updated my motherboard driver i didnt know how i searched and i couldnt

And there is a device in device manager called
Base system device and he has an error Yelloy icon
Code 28
The drivers for this device are not installed (code 28 )
Location PCI 0. device 8. Function 0

I updated the chipster and the system device problem fixed but still icant open my bios settings or q flash and the same problem for my gpu
