Here's my build
CPU - Intel i5-6600K
GPU - mSI GTX 1050 Ti 4GB OC edition
RAM - G.Skill Aegis 2x8gb
MOBO - Asus H170 Pro Gaming
PSU - EVGA 600B (Bronze Certified)
CPU COOLER - Cooler Master Hyper T4
STORAGE - Kingston 240GB SSD, WD Blue 2TB HDD
Monitor - Haier 24" 1080p 60hz

So my PC and everything works perfectly it's just when I try to run 1920x1080 resolution, the screen is zoomed in a bit (This is not a windows problem, I've already tried to tinker with the zoom in windows, it does nothing). So I changed the resolution to 1680x1050 and the screen is zoomed out a bit, there is no resolution where it fits properly, these two resolutions are the closest I can get to normal. Although, when I launch a game in 1920x1080, the game is fullscreen and fits perfectly, I just want to be able to watch and edit videos in 1080p not 720p, I have all my drivers up to date. Although I can say that before I installed any of my drivers, it was working perfectly, and then when I installed everything this happened.

Solution
check in the nvidia control panel for the gpu if there is something to adapt screnn resolution to panel and another ajust it to panel size you might have to set the 1080 p in the screen resolution in the ge force panel and apply it .
