Resolution got all weird after Windows 10 update

So after I got the Windows Update maybe 2 weeks ago, my 4k monitor (3840x2160) doesn't like being in 3840x2160 in tandem with my second monitor, which is 1080p. When I leave it as 3840x2160, there are black bars on each side of the screen. When I display only onto my first monitor, the black bars disappear. I have to put the resolution into 4096x2160 now to make the bars disappear, but that's weird because the native resolution is 3840x2160. Any ideas? It seems to be messing with the resolution of my games, and it isn't very pleasant.

So, you probably need to download and install the latest drivers for either your graphics card or your integrated graphics, depending on which you are using.

You may also need to download and run the DDU, followed THEN by a clean install of your graphics drivers. Knowing your system specs would make it a lot easier to offer ideas or suggestions.
