[SOLVED] Resolution is stuck

Resolution stuck at 640:480 Monitor is able to display it also displays it with other pc's. Cable is ok and checked. Radeon(TM) RX 460 Graphics capable of display and did so until a few days ago. Driver reinstalled and on latest version. Any ideas?

Acer Monitor easely capable of diaplaying the resolution and has displayed it befor (I don't know the excact specifics about it)
CPU: Intel(R) CPU G4560 @ 3.50GHz
HDMI
1080p

You mentioned rx460 earlier, are you not using it? You are using the integrated HD 610 graphics on the CPU?

After I got offered help I took it and found out that the problem was my HDMI port being broken after I than bought a DVI cable everything went back to normal. Luckiloy it was n ot my entire graphics card.
