Question Resolution keeps shrinking on each Win 11 boot up

Hi all

Hoping somebody could help me find a solution to this, as image below.

Each time I boot up in Win 11, the screen will shrink to a single square/quadrant on the monitor. Resolution is 1920x1080 (even when showing as shrunk), so I have to choose any other resolution, then put it back to 1920x1080; this fixes the screen until next reboot.

"Base video" is not selected under msconfig. I have a Nvidia 3080 ti and LG 27GL650F.

Well, embarrassingly, the problem is now resolved. I swapped the HDMI cable for DisplayPort and now it works properly at boot.
