So I have a strange issue that has been happening for a while.
I have a 4k (UHD) monitor, and I have my resolution in windows set to the maximum for the display (3840 by 2160). However, when my computer sleeps and then wakes up, the resolution has dropped to 1440p or less, but still takes up the entire screen so everything is large and fuzzy/blurry.
When I go into display settings in windows to change it back to 4k, the 4k option is not listed, and it shows the maximum resolution avaialble to be whatever it had dropped too, for example 1440p. The only way I have figured how to fix it is to restart my computer.
Any thoughts on this?
Windows 10 is up to date
Latest graphics drivers are installed (GTX 980ti)
Monitor is Dell P2715Q
Thanks
