resolution ??? pixel sizes ???

I am confused about what i need. I tried to hook up 3 monitors that i have to my video card but only two would show up. I have a nvidia geforce gtx650, I read somewhere that only two would work with that card even thought it has 3 hookups. What i am trying to get now instead of doing 3 monitors side by side is, I want a monitor or tv that will display 4 windows at 1920x1080 in a square pattern (top left, top right, bottom left and bottom right). I was looking into some 40-43" tv's that are 4k 3840x2160 where 1080 x 2 = 2160.I figured i could open 4 windows and have them about 1080 each, but i was told that resolution and pixel density are two different animals. I looked up the specs of my card and it shows Maximum Digital Resolution at 2560x1600 (1 card).
