resolution problem in lenovo

hi guys,
my laptop is lenovo z51-70
my laptops resolution is 1920*1080
but why when i see device manager the image is blur
and also some of my applications are not clearly visible
that is labview software its resolution is too pathetic ,please help
me in this issue.

Sounds like you have high-dpi settings enabled. Right click on the desktop and go to "screen resolution", then "make text and other items larger or smaller". Pick the smallest thing you can and it should be back to normal.
