Resolution problems with my acer

My Acer one wont download my canon software from an external hard drive
it says that the screen resolution is not high enough

So, what's the issue here? Are you trying to install the software from an external hard drive? If so, try downloading the software directly from Canon's support site and installing it directly onto your PC.
