[SOLVED] Resolve Uninstalled Default Windows Apps Issue.

Right, so my windows went broken, I formatted and repartitioned my drives, freshly installed windows 11 home 64bit, and as usually I uninstalled some default apps that I don't ever use, but for some reason this time I have these uninstalled apps still showing in the all apps start menu.

I suppose I was just a bit to much fast for the process to compute properly, might be some way to resolve this, if you have any clue post below.

Edit, trying some methods now...

Testing shows that even, remaining apps, and uninstalled apps both don't execute.

Looks like another fresh install is inbound, if I don't find a resolve for this. (just finished installing my last game, and only now do I realize this is the state of my current install)

Still don't know if there was any other way to get out of that state of install... So if haven't found any easy way to resolve my issue and have done what seems logical and made another new fresh reformat and partition install of windows 11, this time i will be checking if the actual windows part works properly before I go ahead and install anything ells.
