[SOLVED] [Resolved] Explorer crashed repeadedly after hidden windows update

Today a "hidden" Windows update keeps my Desktop turn black repeadedly every second for 1 second and the taskbar is gone.

I am running Tiny11 (Windows 11) on my Pc. The issue seem to be software related and everything is up to date.

I was able to undo the error by restoring the system to a point in the past and by disabled windows updates instantly. After enabling Windows updates again the issue returned after first restart.
Unluckily the restorepoint is gone too now and i am stuck.

What i tried
- Safe mode
- Stopping-run & restart explorer.exe
- checking for updates
- running sfc scan
- no windoes update listet for today using "Get-HotFix" "wmic qfe list" in cmd
- programs and features in control panel does not open latest updates (stuck)

According Eventviewer "Windows.Ui.Xaml.dll" is crashing ehich is a modul from explorer.exe (made a photo with my phone):

its not official windows so finding help will be fun.

Obvious answer: install normal windows, not one that can have hidden parts you can't access. The ISO made by other people that remove parts to make it smaller aren't always safe. Some things they remove are actually useful.

Does desktop appear in safe mode?

difficult to know without knowing the patch you got or what is missing out of tiny11 that might be needed for patch to work.

go into blue menus tied to safe mode and use this to copy anything off C you can't lose

• choose troubleshoot
• choose advanced
• choose command prompt
• type notepad and press enter
• in notepad, select file>open
• Use file explorer to copy any files you need to save to USB or another drive

You might need to install windows 11 to fix it.

@Colif I have been using official Windows 11 (Official Win11_22H2_English_x64v1 downloaded 15.05.23), and runned the Tiny11 Script which removed some ~~bloat~~.

In safe mode Desktop isnt working too.

EDIT: God bless i was able to fix it by deinstalling some of the new bloat programs Microsoft was installing automatically.
EDIT2: It was windows "Web Experience Pack" which caused the issue
